Rebecca spent 25 years designing and building websites. Real ones. The kind that had to integrate with warehouse systems, bookkeeping software, member databases, inventory feeds, and whatever homegrown tool the client's previous developer left behind.
When you spend two and a half decades making software talk to other software, you develop a particular kind of instinct. You stop seeing websites. You start seeing workflows. Every click is a process. Every form is a handoff. Every spreadsheet is a symptom of something that should be running on its own.
When AI started reshaping everything over the last two years, Rebecca went in deep. Not watching from the sidelines. Building. Prompt systems. AI agents. Retrieval pipelines. Tool-calling workflows. Integration layers that connect GPT and Claude to the software clients actually use.
